Kriya yoga, the “Yoga of Action or Awareness”, is an ancient meditation technique that uses pranayama (breathwork), mantra (chanting) and mudras (spiritual hand gestures) to rapidly accelerate spiritual growth. The ultimate goal of a kriya practice is to achieve spiritual awakening or enlightenment (aka Samadhi).

I'll be sharing a Kriya with you each week. When one of them resonates with you, feel free to practice it for longer than a week, up to 40 days for maximum results.

Have you practiced Kriya Yoga before? Have a favorite Kriya? Brand new? I'd love to hear your thoughts, experiences, and ideas as we collectively embark upon this journey.

Sat Nam,

Kelli 1 Love
